  Super little mini apartment B&B. The breakfast served at your door was varied and a great way to start a cycling day. Christine was warm and welcoming. The apartment had everything you needed to make you feel at home. We liked it so much, we stayed an extra night.   Fabulous, Following a stay in Lake Annecy we took a 3 night break in Aix-les-Bains and chose this little gem, about a 20 minute walk from Aix. Set behind secure electric gates this quiet, charming property stands in lovely grounds. There is a pool and sun area - The rooms and decor were modern in a traditional house. They were relaxing with plenty of room. The house and garden were lovely and picturesque. Breakfast was a small portion of fresh fruit, pastries and toast, with juice and coffee. The fresh jams were great. Good views over the city of Aix-Les-Bains and the lake and mountains. Well located within a short drive (2 km) or walking distance of town.

  The building is a wonderful grand old hotel, the room, on the third floor is sympathetically decorated, very comfortable and has a beautiful outlook across the town and Lake Bourget.
