Staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful (we had a late departure on final day, and they were happy to extend out check out time from 12noon to 2pm).   everything ,liked the fact that you could ski right to the front door.we were upgreaded ithink because nobody said anything to us. - Location excellent for slopes with bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstop. We barely had to walk anywhere during our stay!

The room itself was basic but the central locality of l Escale and their food in the restaurant made this stay 5 star.
