  Location is right in the middle of the city but you can't drive to it. Parking was a nightmare to find on a Friday afternoon and was located a short distance up a hill from the hotel. We didn't mind too much as we filled a backpack for our overnight stay and left the larger suitcases in the car. The hotel itself was great. Good facilities.   Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We could easily come and go. - Beds were comfortable and we had adjoining rooms for us and children. A kettle was a nice touch so we could make drinks although no milk of any sort provided.

  All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. It was easy to go to Geneva, Lausanne and Montreux from here as there was a ferry port opposite the hotel. It was cheaper than the Swiss hotels around the lake with similar location and comfort, so this hotel can be preferred for accommodation while travelling around the lake.
