  Staff are all on board and enthusiastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa and pool is a treat after skiing. The location is not a problem because of the efficient shuttle service.

  Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff, Highly reccomended - I have stayed at this hotel several times during the past 18 months. Value for money is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and courteous.

  The staff, were excellent and were very attentive, especially in the dining room. Breakfast was lovely and the room we had was very cosy with wood finish everywhere.   Great facilities, excellent location and can ski to the door. - The Amara/Amena was in general a nice new complex and the service was good. Good parking under the complex. Good access to slopes. Restaurants in the area quite good but a bit expensive. Le Lodge served a very nice lunch duck skewer.

  Huge comfy beds/pillows. Stylish room and nice bathroom. Breakfast was great lots of choice - continental style. Free wifi was good. The restaurant next door was very nice for dinner. The spa is amazing and well worth the additional €10. Lots of jacuzzi pools, sauna, steam room, turkish bath - all really amazing. The attached waterpark, for which free tickets are included for hotel guests, was fantastic. We only stayed the one night as it was a stopover, but would happily return for 2 or 3.   Nice atmosphere, good facilities and location to the rest of the village. - excellent position with village, and matched description. Staff polite and helpful with good english! Fascilities were well kept and clean. Only extra I can think of would be tea/coffee facilities within the room.

  The fantastic views of the lake from our balcony a wonderful room and balcony overlooking lake. The meal in the rotunda restaurant a la carte was superb - The location was superb. The spa facilities were excellent. The staff were very helpful and amenable.
