Very pleasant & helpful staff, including room cleaning staff who immediately replaced a burned out light bulb. 3. Wifi included, and it worked well in our room. 4. The hotel even let us leave our car in the car park after we had checked out, so that we wouldn’t have to park in - My husband and I booked the Hotel for a dbl room for 5 nights some time prior to our travels. We arrived mid-Oct. From a stay in Sardinia; our grand tour continues until end of Jan. 2014 so we have lots of stuff. The room held for us was very small @ 100E/night plus 10Epp/day for simple breakfast. We asked and we offered a great apt. With kitchenette @140E/day(posted@ 165/day. So we took it , of course, w/o breakfasts...we can buy lots of suitable food for 20e daily! The location is wonderful,

  Perfect location on the main street of Aix-en-Provence, above an excellent restaurant. Huge clawfoot soaking tub and separate shower, big fluffy towels, very comfy bed. Valet car parking service was great. In-house restaurant was excellent, and we found several more gourmet-level, friendly smaller restaurants within easy walking distance on the ... 别人怎么说 » back streets. Easy walking distance to everything. Staff were friendly & helpful. We would absolutely stay there again. - We travelled on the Eurostar for our first time in Aix-en-Provence. The hotel is really a restaurant with rooms but no less comfortable for that. Our room was right at the front and so a bit noisy on the Saturday night but the staff moved us to a lovely ground floor apartment at the back of the hotel for the remainder of our stay. The staff themselves were fantastic, the room(s) had everything you wanted, and a very good restaurant just downstairs! We will go back.

  The staff was outstanding. My wife became very ill while on our cruise ship and the staff at Seven Urban Suites did everything in their power to help. They are excellent. Aix is a vibrant destination, with a range of facilities and attractions from the Cezanne trail, to country walking around Mont Sainte-Victoire, and of course lots of shops including a vibrant market several days a week. Marseille is a half-hour train ride away, and we took the bus to the beautiful beach at Cassis.
