  Customer-oriented staff, very polite and efficent. Cosy room (very calm, in spite of the parking across the street) and very nice bathroom, with a special touch one doesn't find very often in other hotels.   It was cosy hotel, nice and calm, in a lovely location. Included in price, the use of hotel pool and sauna, an extra plus. Also, breakfast was great. A nice touch was the home made jam one was given when checking out.
