  The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it was busywhen we arrived, they were very quick to process everyone.The room wasvery clean, comfortable and the location was excellent. We were able towalk to the casino, beach and palace.   The location was perfect - very close proximity to the Palais, making it a great stay for Cannes Lions Festival. The outdoor patio was also really great. - Everything was perfect. An excellent apartment, well furnished, balconies, excellent shower, heating and reliable, fast internet.
