Very friendly and helpful people. Perfect location, very close to the N10 (~500m), but even quite.
Very nice studio, with good furniture & household appliances. Nothing's missing. Very clean, even the microwave oven was perfect !
Also enought electrical-outlets (230V, also 110V in the bathroom for electrical razor) for laptop, blackberry, ...

For trip to Paris, our choice fell to this hotel. Looking at the
catastrophical reviews on the most hotels in Paris (almost no matter the
price), I must say that this one was pleasure. Very friendly and warm
staff, perfect location (35 minutes to Gare Montparnasse by rer). Wifi
internet in room worked very nicely. Room had little kitchenette that
fitted our needs (little fridge, cuttlery, oven, microwave). Rooms are
