  The staff were excellent - friendly, efficient and helpful. We dined in the hotel both nights and the food was of a very high standard. The position is good - about 10 minutes walk downhill to the heart of Port Vendre, and 15 minutes back.   We absolutely loved our stay here, our room size was adequate, not big, but not too small at all, with a beautiful terrace/balcony that made the room feel bigger with such gorgeous views.
