excellent service. The hotel is located in the 1st arrondisement - an area conveniently situated to many of Paris' great sights, shopping, and restaurants. We did not have to venture far from the hotel for anything. The room was spacious with unexpected amenities such as a large closet, roomy bathroom, a separate toilet room with a window, and a heated towel rack.The location was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful and veryfriendly. The decor of the hotel was very feminine which I reallyliked. The rooms were small like the other hotels in Paris, but wellkept clean.
所有评语 » Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, both prior and during my stay. I cannot praise them highly enough. Even the maid was delightful. The location of the hotel was also fantastic.Very helpful staff, pleasant decor, quiet surroundings, excellent location. The room was charming, with high quality linens, great windows, and lovely decor. The room and bathroom had everything you need, just on a small scale. Lack of breakfast room - food is delivered to your room. Room cleaning - the lady is used to touch our things and change theirlocations. After the first cleaning we spent some time looking for ourthings, asked her not to do this but she still touched and movedcosmetics in our bathroom every day. She didn't left soap for us forseveral days, we had to ask for it. Second, you can't use the bath tube- the water doesn't leave it. Only a shower. There was a problem with the reservation, I made a mistake because I chose the wrong night (29 of august instead of 30 august). When we arrived the hotel had already charged my visa and they applied us the same price of the day before:so we stayed for a night and we paid for two. When we arrived the hotel was empty, so they realised an unexpected gain, I would have appreciated a better treatment.There was insufficient hot water. The hotel had a problem with the plumbing and there was no hot water left when we got up. The staff were unable to offer a reduction in price and we had to pay full price and move hotels. Luckily we were able to find a hotel nearby.
