Great location in an active neighborhood away from the touristy center, full of cafes and restaurants. Two nearby metro stations quickly get you anywhere you need to go. The hotel itself is newly renovated with comfortable, modern rooms and an attentive, friendly staff. We arrived early, before our room was ready. The desk staff were incredibly accomodating, offering us coffee from the bar and even delivering our luggage to our room before we returned. Loved the spa-like bathroom, especially th.
所有评语 » The decors of the Hotel is really very good. I had booked a classic room, but was lucky to get an upgrade to superior. I absolutely loved the carpet furnishing in the room.The bed was comfortable and overall the room was very well furnished with modern wardrobes (lights upon opening etc.). The hotel staff were very friendly, accomodative and made my stay a pleasure!. I finished a paperback novel and decided not to pack it and bring it home, so I left it in our room. I received an email from the staff to let me know that I left it. I explained that I had left it on purpose in hopes that someone else might enjoy it. I received another note back thanking me. It was a nice personal touch. Smart refurbished hotel in very convenient area with two metros close by. Three stops from Gare du Nord, so handy for Eurostar. Room smallish but excellent decor and really nice bathroom with bath and rain shower. Very nice and helpful English speaking staff. Many good bars and restaurants in the area. I was ver impressed with the service, zohrab the receptionist was wonderful, he made us feel at home since we arrived before 9 am and told us to wait as he is preparing our room whic was supposed to be around 2pm and sure I took my shower before 9:30. It was wonderfull and the room was excellent. The location of the hotel is just about perfect. Twenty minute walk from Gare Du Nord and five minutes away from the metro taking you anywhere in Paris. The hotel was immaculately clean. Staff were great, the room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommended. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Places close by to eat and grocery stores to buy wine and snacks. You need to be comfortable figuring out the Metro. This is not in the heart of the tourist areas but you could comfortably walk to the Eiffel Tower. Very modern, simple, elegant design hotel. Rapid check-in, free wifi, nice touches with the sleep machines in the rooms. Peaceful night's sleep as on a quiet street. Very close to Oberkampf metro and all the central sights. Good value for money. The staff and service were perfect. The bed, bedding and towels were excellent, as was the wonderful rain shower. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the noise insulation in the room was perfect. The breakfast was also very good. Very comfortable room and bed. Our room had its own coffee machine. Close to metro stations and nearby trendy restaurants and nightlife of the Canal Saint Martin and Oberkampf areas. Also walking distance to the Marais area (20mins). everything was just great - very friendly and helpful front desk staff - immaculate rooms - very clean and comfortable and well designed. I would definitely return there and recommend to anyone who enjoys Le Marais area. The Hotel is very nice, clean, new. The stuff are very helpful -Sohrab was really helpful as an instructor to the main attractions. and how to get there . Very nice atmosphere and a memorable experience. I liked the staff very much. They were so tentive and helpfull with everything. We were in paris to try wedding dresses for my friend and the hotel staff really made the stay wonderful and memorable. The staff were exceptional, giving us assistance with getting around Paris, making phone calls for us on numerous occasions. They bent over backwards to always help us for the 6 days we were there. We arrived very early in the morning and eventhough check in is at 12:00 they gave us the key without even asking... Same goes to chack out... The stuff is very plasent and helpful.. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also the location is fantastic. The restaurants and shopping is local Parisian more Boutique than touristy.. I will definitely return. The breakfast was pretty pricey, but the boulangerie just up the block has seating and serves wonderful pastries and coffee. The weekend staff wasn't particularly helpful with restaurant recommendations (saying it was a busy holiday weekend and restaurants were already booked up.) However, there are plenty of great options nearby, and we didn't have any trouble finding great places to eat on our own. I had one personal problem in that the pillows, although very good quality, were quite firm. There was no possibility of obtaining a softer flatter pillow which was a pity. Fitness room a little small but good for CV work. The location. Although there is a Metro station near by the hotel isn't near attractions. The room could have been bigger! It was quite crammed. There was no full length mirror to check my outfit in. The door to the shower was very difficult to open. The benefits far outweigh the negatives .. Fortunately, we left most of our luggage at the airport. There is not enough room for cloths. We are very particular about having a cool to cold room for sleeping, and some circulation. It is winter- but the room was a bit over warm, and it was difficult to adjust to a cooler temperature. (the window does open, and it is a quiet area- but we wanted the nice heavy curtains closed for darkness. We would have liked tea as well as coffee in the room. A breakfast is too expensive for what it's offering. No real Fitness Center, just cardio machines. No Tea or Coffee facilities in room. Even though I was in a suite, there was no full length mirror to check how I was dressed. Also you can't open the shower door and in order to reach the tap you have to stand under the shower so you get a blast od cold water every time.. Badly designed. Nothing. breakfast and drinks from room are very expensive. I didnt like that staff in 4 star hotel doesnt speak english at all or very poor. The breakfast guy war very unprofessional, and seems like he was sleeping the whole breakfast. Room a little on the small side even for a hotel of this type. Probably 20% more expensive than size and location would merit. Shower leaked, but just used lots of towels. Nothing. Good hotel, good staff, very happy and would go back. nothing. Door-length windows with low-ish and very climbable metal rail on outside, on third floor. Glad my kids weren't with us or I would have been too worried to open the window for fresh air. NB, there was air con, so perhaps not a problem. Small spa area, only 1 room. Expensive treatments. Nothing much except the price, certainly would be better if a bit lower. There was nothing we didn't like. Room smaller than we expected.
