The location of the hotel is fantastic - its easy to find and very close to Blanche metro station. Moulin Rouge is just round the corner and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Our room (a Superior Double) was tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The room facilities included a hairdryer, a safe, a mini-bar (soft drinks only) and free wifi service. 所有评语 » The location is fantastic, extremely convenient, one minute from the metro station (Bercy) right next to an atm, around the corner from Moulin Rouge and in the same street at Amelie's Cafe. The staff was great too, we totally recomend the breakfast, for only 15 euros you get everything you need. Manuela was so nice and she's got a delightful French accent that makes her sound even more friendly. The hotel is also next to lots of souvenirs shops. Right in the middle of the romantic and beautiful. We have stayed in the Monmatre many times at various hotels and this is by far the best. Location is a couple of doors from the moulin rouge, a few steps from the metro, next to the beautiful backstreets and shops of the districts, a few doors from Amelie's cafe... The hotel itself was air conditioned (properly - unlike some in Paris) and the rooms Parisian in size (never huge) but large compared to similar locally. Quiet, lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here. The touch of elegance with a side of quirk and unique decor created a Parisian atmosphere in our room, packed with characted. Conveniently located next to Moulin Rouge, the perfect location to explore Montmartre by foot, and close to the metro for all the other sights this fine city has to offer. We recieved a free upgrade, and midday checkout which was very convenient. Hotel Le Squara is in a great location and the interior decoration is just wonderful - tasteful and beautiful. It's such a pleasure to find this decorative door in the middle of a busy street right behind the Moulin Rouge, and inside is a truly beautiful little hotel. Our room had a bath in a beautiful little bathroom, complete with bath oil, and I had no choice but to make good use of it!. Everything! Very clise to metro station(30 meters) and to many nice restaurants and caffes, bar and shops. Staff was super friendly and helped with anything we needed. We took the second room level and it had more then enough space, everything was extremly clean and the shower was great too. Hotel is small and so are the rooms but hey you are in Paris. The elevator is XXS but when you are there it is fantastic. We enjoyed the stay and we liked this hotel, WiFi is perfect, ambient is so nice and original, Metro is 50m from hotel. We would recommend this hotel for a vistit of Paris. Room (a Superior Double) was fairly small. A little on the pricey side (195 Euros per night for the room only). Although the area is fantastic there's a minor black spot that by the way has nothing to do with the hotel and it's the feeling of unsafety while walking through the street that goes along the metro, is full of sex shops, prostitutes and you have always the feeling you might get robbed, my recomendation don't walk across that street at night, never alone and it isn't better if you walk around with your couple. Better take the subway to go directly to the hotel. Keep in mind that the lift is tiny (although it doesn't really pose a problem). One might say the hotel is a bit pricey, but the wonderful atmosphere and decor make up for it! Also perhaps best to sleep in a room that doesn't face the street! We did, opened the window and didn't have any bother whatsoever!. Nothing. You have to consider that parking in Paris is pricy. It costed me 56€ for 3 nights in garage that is not so close to hotel. The location can be liked or problematic since you are in red district. Although I stayed at a deluxe, the room was very small- as it is the case in most Paris hotels. My room overlooked the street and as this is a 'happening area' at night it was quote noisy with the window open. Small issue, the wash basin in the [otherwise very nice] en-suite was too small to wash in without either banging my head on the shelve above the basin or else splashing water over floor. Nothing to complain about :). - Rooms are not very spacey and in, general, the hotel is quite small - Have breakfast outside of the hotel: there are really a lot of cafes/bakeries in Paris and for that price you could find much better alternatives somewhere else. For instance, try Le Coquelicot in rue Asbesses, it's great!. The entrance and reception area very tiny and doesn't reflect the rest of the hotel well. This could have put me off staying, thank goodness it didn't. I'm 187 sm tall and for me rooms in general very small, not so easy to move around. But it's the only thing which can be disturbing. They should replace the hotel amenities more often...I stayed in a superior 17m2 room and I don't want to imagine the single room of 12m2... Rooms very compact but well presented. Little information given in the pack in the room. Also in the pack in the room it said no eating of drinking in the room. We were on part of our honeymoon and had a bottle of special champagne which we did not feel we could request an I've bucket and flutes as we would have done in a more accommodating hotel. No information about a bar either, so we couldn't order a bottle. Location was just ok . If you took a left onto main road towards pigalle not a very nice area. There did not appear to be a communal area like a bar or lounge where groups of people could congragate. As the rooms are compact this was not an option. Nothing. Street was blocked by police and unable to drive and park close to hotel. Advertised overnight car parking, but nothing is reserved and parking garage was full when we arrived on a Sat. Evening. Very hard to find secure parking. didn't have any. Room was a bit small. Thin walls!. The room was very tiny but quiet for sleeping, although the mattress was quite hard. Breakfast room lacked atmosphere. 15 for break fast far to much. The sink in the shower room is blocked, I think they will fix it soon. Not a big problem. tight spaces. Tiny room, but ok. Rooms are a bit claustrophobic. Very small room Ok for one night. . The whole place is a marvel of renovation and refurbishment with bedrooms bathrooms and loos crammed into very small spaces. Breakfast room very small and you have to book it when you checkin. We preferred to eat outside where there is plenty of choice.
