Perfect location, right across the road from a metro stop and in a quieter but still upmarket type neighbourhood. This encouraged us to use the Metro and we saw much more of Paris in a short time as a consequence. In fact, the Metro became part of our unique and memorable experience in Paris. 10 minute walk to the Eiffel tower through pleasant, safe neighbourhoods. Both tours we had booked in Paris left from the Eiffel tower and one of the biggest tour groups had their base between the Hotel.
所有评语 » The room was very comfortable with a king size bed and large bathroom. The hotel is well situated across the street from the metro station and in the vicinity of numerous cafes and specialty shops. The metro offers easy and quick access to all of what a tourist in Paris is looking for. The hotel offered good value for money and we appreciated the willingness of the receptionist to book an appointment for us to visit the Carnival Museum, which incidentally I can highly recommend. It certainly ad. My son and I were visiting Paris for the World Chocolate Masters competition. The hotel was a 10 minute bus ride away which allowed us to be within easy access to the venue and all the main tourist attractions. The hotel staff were exceptional. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The Metro was opposite the hotel but we were never disturbed by the noise...excellent double glazing. I would definitely recommend staying here whether it's for a short break or a longer vacation. Clearly one of the best *** in this area (and I have tried quite a number...). Super clean, rooms are a bit small but very cosy with modern and nice decoration, no noise at all (ask for a room on the backyard, not on the boulevard, I've not tried these ones), nice bathroom, small again but super clean and well equipped. Staff is helpful and friendly. Free wifi in the rooms. I've not tried the breakfast so I can't tell. I'll definitively chose this one again next I go to Paris. Personel of the hotel is really nice There is a metro station right in front of the hotel and the Eiffel is about 10-15 minutes by walk. (We could see the top of it by our room window) It is positioned in a quiet street and there are lots of places to have breakfast near by. It is the most amazing and unforgatable holiday for me. It was really cold outside thus think twice if you would visit Paris in winter but good point is hotel's air conditioner is working well. Really it is perfect, despite of the size of the hotel, but I'm sure you will surprise with the great staff and their kindness, they were helpful, cheerful, cooperating and honest, they deserve a special thanks for their manners. The location is more than perfect next to Eiffel Tower and shopping area and a wide range of restaurants with a different types of tastes and origins... I recommended it for every body visiting and willing to visit Paris. The location was fantastic, the hotel staff was great. I had a wonderful time and the rooms were beautiful. The staff was friendly and helped us when we had questions, they also set up a shuttle for us to the airport which was great. Overall if I had the pleasure of going to Paris again I would definitely book this hotel. It was very easy to navigate from the hotel and it was about a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower which was amazing. This hotel is centrally located, walking distance to the Eiffel tower, and a spacious room and bathroom to enjoy. The room controls allows you to decide what temperature you want the room to be...and after a hot day, it was refreshing to come back to our cool room! The staff was very helpful in all aspects of our trip! There are restaurants along the street of the hotel, a 'grocery store' near by, and a wine shop around the corner. Location was great. We walked with my 60 years old mother almost in 10 minutes to Eifel. There are lots of bars, restaurants and markets next to it. You don't need to get breakfast at the hotel. Even you can find Mcdonalds in 200meters to the hotel. Also you will find metro station just across the street and you can go anywhere with it cheap and safe. Lastly staff was very helpfull and kind. We enjoyed very much with our stay. Really good location, small but tidy and clean room, spacious bathroom with hot tub (well equipped), comfy bed with huge blanket, good pillows, free wifi connection. We loved the small market right in front of the hotel which takes place on wednesdays and sundays. If you want a look of the Eiffel Tower ask for a superior room on 5th floor. We got one automatically which is nice. I cannot fault this hotel. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are well designed and very clean. The self service buffet for breakfast is excellent with a good choice and no restrictions on what you can eat. The hotel is very well situated, close to the Metro and within easy walk to the river and the Eiffel Tower. It is very good value for money. The hotel was wonderful, we luckily got a quiet room facing the rear of the building so noise was totally blocked. The staff was super nice willing to help with everything. the location is superb - across is the metro stop and 10 minutes by foot from the eiffel tower! a lot of nice restaurants and cafes near by as well. we would definitly return to this hotel!. Hotel is so closed to dupleix metro station so it's so easy to travel around city. staff is perfect, helpful about everything. they explain tours, city map and everthing about the city. there are 2 or more pattiseries around the hotel no need to pay extra for breakfast. so closed to eiffel tower and seine river 20min. by walking. rooms are clean and perfect. Perfect location (in front of Metro Station Dupleix); kind, polite stuff; comfortable and compact room; big bathroom (#304); wi-fi free; breakfast not uncluded (so you can enjoy breakfast in new place every morning); lot of cafes, bars, shops around; 3 min walking to Eiffel Tower; 2 min walking to Monoprix SuperMarket; tea and coffe in the room. the staff were very friendly. the location is perfect right by Dupliex metro station (line 6) which takes u to all places including arc d. triomphe. its 2 streets away from Tour d'Eiffel, or just take the metro one station down to beir hakim stop and get down to the Eiffel tower. good rooms big beds, clean all in all. The hotel is new / newly renovated and has a working air condition. Free WiFi is nice but pretty slow. A lot of power outlets in the room. Location just opposite Dupleix metro station (literally, since the station is over ground). Not sure how soundproof windows in that direction are - had a room on the other side. Wonderful location and so close to Dupleix metro station. Close to a supermarket and lots of eateries. Quiet room at the back so we were away from the train and road. They let us swap rooms when we didn't like our first room near the road. It was warm and comfortable. Great food market outside the hotel on Sunday. The location was in a non tourist area, however, only a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower area. The Metro was right outside the front door. First of all, location is perfect. Eifel Tower is just 10 minutes of walking distance. There is also lots of bistros, restaurants, markets around. Room was also nice and clean. Le Relais Saint Charles is definitely a good choice for travellers that want to stay in city center with an affordable price. Everything! Small gem of a hotel, with AC, lovely decor and bathroom great. Staff provides excellent customer service, very helpful with directions and attractions. Right at metro stop, lovely little brasseries nearby for food, coffee, wine. Very simple looking from outside, but rooms lovely. The location is great, about 15 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower. There are restaurants in the street. The tube station is in front of the hotel and although it's a noisy street the room is quiet and warm. The hotel is rather small so it is very quite. The locatation is the giggest advantage - just about 500 meters from Eiffel Tower. We found the convenience to Dupleix metro very helpful. We found the 'Front of House' staff very helpful, 24/7. We found the room to be bigger than anticipated and quieter too. Location of hotel was very good, only 10 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower and approx. 30 minutes to the Louvre. As we don't mind walking the hotel is well situated. Cleanliness, spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, location: very close to Eiffel tower (two metro stops), elevated Metro Station right across the hotel. Great location if you're arriving by the Metro and also for its closeness to the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are comfortable and of a good size for the centre of Paris. Very Clean and the size of the rooms are fair. Surprisingly very helpful stuff. The bathrooms are big enough and they have a real minibar. Highly recommend. The hotel was very clean and opposite the Metro however we did not hear the trains. We arrived early and were able to check in without any trouble at all. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom was very large with nice toiletries. Rooms were quiet.Very convenient to the Dupleix Metro stop. The location the comfortable beds the rooms and bathroom were very clean and quite very easy to get around to all the major attractions in Paris. I loved the fact that the room was extremely well appointed and clean. The bathroom was also really clean which is very important to me. We didn't breakfast at the Hotel and the breakfast room looked a little uninviting down in the basement, although I think this is also common for Paris. Nearby cafe's offer a cheaper and much more authentic option. Unfortunately we had a problem with our bathroom on the last day, luckily after we had used it - with water coming thru the ceiling. Nothing, really. My only reservation, which may seem silly, was the flooring in the bathroom. There is a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor where the shower water drains into, however, there is no drainage path for the water. We had water on the floor, which made it slipper to get in and out. We ended up using all of our towels to make a dry path to the toilet and sink. There is no minibar at some rooms. You must confirm it before your check in if you are traveling with diabetic person who has to keep her shots at cold. Breakfast was nothing special for the price, although it is normal in Paris. Most hotels offer the same basic buffet food. the wifi was very slow... Bedclothes (not naturel); slow wi-fi. Despite being new, some things were already broken, e.g. only the remains of a small tray in the shower. As expected for Paris, the room is small and a bit cramped, e.g. shower door crashing into the toilet. No way to leave the luggage without it being in the way all the time. Breakfast buffet was okay-ish and not too expensive, but would still recommend having it in one of the many nearby cafés instead. No fridge and Internet stopped working a couple of times. The rooms are compact, in a very European fashion. But how much time do you spend in the room?. Nothing was dissapointing in general but broken POS machine caused us a bit problem at check-out. Nothing!. In my reservation I advised it was my honeymoon and asked for a nice room. However in my check in they gave us a handicapped room due to availability problems. Anyway it was resolved by the manager in the following morning and they gave us a nice room in the higher floor where we could see the Eiffel Tower from our window. Maybe the money. It's affordable if you book early but if not, it's a little bit too high. Overall it's great hotel. Cleaning staff, will well intentioned and polite, were slightly haphazard in terms of completeness of servicing. I would have preferred a softer bed. I requested an additional comforter and used that to pad my side of the bed. There were only 2 bath towels each day. I had to request more towels.but they met all my requests!. Nothing. Would stay again when next in paris. No dislikes for us, if you have a car parking on the street is your only option, but other than that I can't think of any other negatives. The neighborhood was safe, but was a little dirty, more like what you would find in a big city, but there were other places in paris that were much cleaner. breakfast..limited and at a small room in basement. Small corridors from the room. Can be noisy at night if you get the rooms located near the pubs. The first night the halls were noisy but didn't happen after the first night. Some of the rooms do not have a fridge. nothing. The breakfast is very poor. The breakfast was a little bit expensive for its menu. But in a city like Paris, it can be so. They do not have a safe, neither in the room, nor at the front desk. The only negative was that it was a bit noisy at night as there is a very popular bar very close by where the locals like to drink outside and the noise seemed to carry to the Hotel. Nothing. The front desk lady did know where the rue Cler area was and we found out it was very close by they should be more knowledgable about their beautiful city the Internet was very slow.
