I was very happy with the Hotel - the staff let me use my room to have a shower etc. when I arrived at 8am. They were very helpful. The location is at the edge of the central city of Paris. It is actually a very beautiful part of the city. Furthermore, the rer (which is the Paris crossrail - they built theirs in the 1960s) is close, so you are 15 minutes from central Paris. The rer works with standard metro tickets as well, so a day travel pass will work this it. The hotel is very near Parc Mon.
所有评语 » The neighbourhood of the hotel is very quiet and niche with the large and beautiful parc just across the street and the international and pittoresques cite universitaire close by. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money. The location is nice. Only 2 min walk from metro station, and it's the last stop within Zone 1, which makes it quite economical to buy metro tickets. The hotel is situated beside a university and a park and in a very quiet region. Staff are friendly and helpful. Situated in calm and pretty area - you dont have to be affraid to be robbed in the neighbourhood; close to the stations(metro, tram, rer), kind and helpful staff, nice room, great value for the money. We were really satisfied with this accomodation. Location is convenient. Train and bus stop is just around corner. Grocery store and several dining facilities were within walking distance. Beautiful park next door. Rooms were small but very clean. Staff was excellent. I would stay here again. Location next to the Parc and University is very nice. We have stayed twice and find the area very convenient... Cite Universitaire station is good for accessing airports. Quiet spot but easy walking distance to busier places. Not touristy. Gorgeous hotel with an excelent localization (very close to Cite Universitaire metro station). The bathroom is huge and the room is very confortable. And the onwers are very friendly and gentle. I recomend so much this hotel. The park next to the hotel provides an extraordinary feeling to everyday. Feel secure with the environment compare with hotels at Gare du Nord area. The bathroom and toilet are clean. The room is not spacious, but enough. Very close to a subway station. Transportation was very easy. Toilets were brand new and squeaky clean. Don't expect a classy, spacious hotel but the rooms were not too small and very clean. This hotel has very good breakfast and location near a park and only 5 minutes walk from a RER-B station. Ours doesn't look so good as the one on the picture. The room and bathroom are quite small. Poor wifi connection :(. There is some kind of water reservoir in the area which creates a strong unpleasant smell outside the hotel. Nothing. It's under my expectations. There is no kettle in room. It takes time to attractions (30-40mins) as the closest station is only RER B line - cite universitaite available (3mins walk). the stuff doesn't speak good English, so it was hard to ask them about Paris. Also it's location in the city is not very good, as it's near the RER and not the metro, so we had to change lines at least once or twice till we reach our destination. Shower was only about 4 sq. ft. (2x2). Was a bit outdated and there was no kettle, fridge or safe in our room. There was no fridge in the room. Bathroom fawcett leaked wetting floor. Shower curtain not very good always blowing out of shower. Recommend shower doors in all bathrooms. No English TV channels. Would have been nice to get news and weather on a least one channel. No place local to get coffee or breakfast if you are a very early riser. In summer, the room is a bit stuffy. the window is directly towards to the bed. Cannot open directly. very small rooms,. nothing. Very small room. nothing. Price.... Like all the hotels in paris. The location is a bit out of way fpr the centre of the city. Room I had this time v. small for 2 people Breakfasts are quite expensive. Smell in the room and lobby; some rooms have no view to the Park. No/bad Wi-Fi connection on upper floors (4+), general state of infrastructure (old) and elevator (you're better off taking stairs). Small bathroom (very tiny shower place) and expensive breakfast (9€50 for commun products). Small elevator available, space for only two people without luggage. What is shown in your website is completely different than the one I was given. the old fella at the reception was very cold and unfriendly. room was too cramped. room 211's shower was next to my bed; I thought it was raining like crazy soon discovered it was my next door neighbours taking shower in turn. The lifts were so small, only one person could enter at a time, the rooms where small and bathrooms, the staff were not helpful, difficult with parking. Old rooms. Very very small rooms. It was too expensive,for the breakfast for even a packet of hot chocolate it was 1 euro. The room had an old look, with an extremely small bathroom that didn't look very clean, some tiles cracked or fallen down. The overall feeling was not a good one. There was no private space to leave our luggage until we got to the airport, we left them on the hallway on some shelves and on the floor. We knew that it was a 3 stars hotel, but at the entrance there were only shown 2. The hotel was a rat hole. The beds were not fit to sleep on. The bathroom was too small to use for baths and toilet. The room was too small for us even to enjoy. I got a parking ticket even in a handicapped parking slot and the owner/manager told me I deserved it after he had told me about the location but not told me about having to pay even in a handicapped space. Please do not include this hotel in the hotels you offer. It was horrible. The cleanliness was by far the worst of all hotels I have ever stayed. My significant other and I found bed bugs on the bed. We ended up leaving the hotel and finding another to stay at for the remaining of our visit.
