the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help us with anything any time of the day. i would deffently stay there again.

The location is perfect and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite comfortable for Paris, and a lot more spacious than other rooms in the city.
Everything functioning well (even in the bathroom), quite peaceful and quiet, beds comfortable, cleanliness. Minibar pleasant (not always present in a 3-star hotel). A good quarter - makes you fell safe and relaxed, nice houses all around, and a boulangerie just around the corner. Proximity of metro and of many sights (Notre Dame, Louvre and d'Orsay, Luxembourg gardens, the Pantheon).
My wife was awaken by the first morning metro going under the pavement (myself, I was not). The window of the room was situated towards the transom. If one opened the window, considerable noice came from (I guess) some air-condition.
Clean and comfy room. Nice location. Free internet. One of the best hotels I've seen in Paris for the price
Room a little small. Shower shelter too small don't repair properly so the bathroom get completely wet.
Good location. Nice staff. The bathroom is very modern and clean. The bed was comfortable.
The lift was the smallest I have ever seen, can only hold two people. The noise came from the hall way and other rooms.

I thought it was a little run down and not particularly well maintained. When I arrived there was a wet towel strewn in the hallway beside the bedrooms. When leaving the storage room for the luggage had no security which didn't inspire confidence.
Good location
The actual location was different from the one on the web site. Staircase and elevator really small.
