The staff was so helpful. They tried to tell everything they can about the city. Breakfast costs 7 euros and was quite satisfying. The best thing about this hotel is hygiene! They clean bathroom everyday and really you can understand they do care about cleaning. The location was also good. Close to Champs Elyséé and also very near to the metro station St.Agustine. I definitely will stay in this hotel for the next time.
所有评语 » The location is excellent as it is so close to the city centre. The hotel service far exceeds expectation in that staff went out of their way to be helpful especially the Manager Sigolene. If you prefer, you can use English all the time. Well recommended and thank you!. We had so much room for 4 adults in our quadruple room. Perfect positioning, easy to walk to Metro, close to Roissybus for airport transfer, value for money was excellent, huge bathroom, bedroom and also smaller second bedroom. Breakfast was ample and delicious. - I liked location in Opera area so central, friendly staff, clean hotel. - Good value for money. - in reality room is better than hotel photos. - Comfort room with large bathroom. This was a gorgeous family run boutique hotel. We were given Room 11 which was very generous in size and had two queen size beds in the room and a spacious clean bathroom. This was the perfect hotel for us . The location was ideal , the staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly , the bedrooms spacious and the beds very comfortable . Very friendly staff and great location. Breakfast was excellent. Thourougly enjoyed my stay, highly recomended if staying around the Paris area. Large room for Paris with nice furnishing. The carpet aws not a new one. a little bit expensive but understandable in Paris. Noisy street, hot room. Nothing. None. Night staff was unable to resolve password issues for wifi. Also, the staff should have made us aware that large amounts of nearby street parking was free during the month of Aug. We had to pay 28 euro per day in a garage about 750 meters away. Air conditioner was dripping and soaked the carpet. Suggested we leave the food in the refrigerator of the kitchen when the bag disappeared, could not say where. Second, Luggage Storage does not exist. the breakfast is very simple with only some bread and tea. less options. the smelling of the painting was too strong. Staff are not all friendly. The stuff didn't seem to have an idea about customer service. Also they never answered my emails - not very professional - I wanted to know proximity of the hotel to the center and hence I was quite far from the places I wanted to be near in my stay in Paris. No water boiler in the room.
