1. Rachel is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. She went out of her way to welcome us and to tell us all about the tourist sights (and then the nice spots as well) in Nice AND the cities/towns/sights surrounding Nice. She also gave us all the necessary information how to get there and the approximate cost. Rachel's English is excellent and she is a real asset.

Clean simple studio, adequate equipment, great location to explore Nice and surrounding places - tram stop right below, train station 5 min walk, beach 10 min walk, friendly owners who are eager to help, great value for money.
Rachel was utterly nice and helpful. Just hope that she still works there when we come back in June.
Fantastic market (fruit & veggies) just 200m north, every day except for Sunday.
Pleasant staff,good location near station, on main shopping street with tram down to seaside,windows double glazed so not so noisy. Small but comfortable. No Internet access at all.

At the heart of the city.
1. The noise from the street when you open the doors to the balcony.
2. We had to close the doors to have a decent conversation and to sleep. Once you close the doors to the balcony, the room is fairly quiet.
3.Room could become very hot and stuffy in summer. Rachel did explain that they are looking into getting air conditioning, but there are quite a few architectural problems to solve.

Because of close proximity to the train station and tram line, it may be quite nosy even when the widows shut.
