If arriving after 19.00, the following fees apply: - From 19:00 to 21:00: EUR 30 - From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 50 - From 23:00 to 00:00: EUR 100. The security deposit is set via a pre-authorization (Visa and Mastercard only). Cheques or cash will not be accepted for the security deposit. American Express and Cheques Vacances holiday vouchers are not accepted. Cash payments are accepted in EUR only. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Ashley&Parker 39 rue de France, 06000 Nice. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
