This place was awesome. Perfect for a family on a road trip. We were driving from Ile d'Oleron towards the ferry in Roscoff over a couple of days and this was our first stop over. After an horrendous day in awful French August saturday traffic (change-over day - never drive on a saturday in August in France, esp with kids!), we arrived here and were totally and completely pleasantly surprised and relieved by the brilliant rooms, the location and the service. 所有评语 » Absolutely wonderful for me. This is last stop of my business trip and I enjoy cooking meals where you can grap the freshest local food. This place just perfect as it's near train station and city, great view of the river, quite neighborhood. The room is perfect too (as for business) as it's clean, tidy, enough space, got everything you need and especially the kitchen!. The people on reception were very welcoming and helpful and my studio room was comfortable, clean, relatively quiet and very well equipped so I could prepare my own meals. The view across the Loire to the Ile de la Cite was just splendid. Thank you I really enjoyed my stay. The location, a 10-15 minute walk from the centre was wonderful: on the banks of the river and very peaceful. Nice bar overlooking the Loire and very friendly service. Well equipped kitchen area and very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Clean and very functional. Pretty good location: view of Loire; walking distance from train stn. And to old town. Friendly, helpful staff. We were very happy with our suite which was very well equipped. The Hotel was quiet and we had two televisions in our apartment room. The welcome pack of biscuits, cakes, coffee & tea was nice. The staff were pleasant and looked after our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city. the price almost good. hardware are ok. The air con in the room wasn't controllable and I couldn't get it to switch on, but that wasn't a big deal and I'm not sure it was offered anyway. Got plenty of air through the windows. Bedroom slightly on the small side and wardrobe doors fell off when I tried to move them!. Had 2-room apt but place quite cramped. The only down sides were, the shower wasn't very powerful and we couldn't fit in the car park with a roof box. However, there was alternative parking available nearby. BAD wifi connection, not sure to return for a third time as I am a business traveller. need to walk 15min to get center town. Car-Park & Hotel should be better signposted. If there is one criticism it would be the car park was difficult to negotiate and the security looked poor and the local area seemed a little exposed to crime. AC didn't work properly in the bedroom but it was cool enough outside to open windows. expensive breakfast. Parking is not in the same building. Difficult to find, according to the address you gave. The GPS took us to a nearby address. Entrance of hotel can hardly be reached by car and parking can not be reached from the hotel which makes it difficult to handle your luggage. no restuarant, not enough hot breakfast, we had to ask for more to be cooked. only the smoking smell in one of the rooms, t. Nothing especially. I was overcharged for Tourist Tax, as I found out afterwards that it doesn't apply to infants.I Couldn't understand why I couldn't be refunded immediately on my card. The Windows do not have safety locks for Children. -the bottle of the soap was finished & when i asked for new one, i was forced to get out the WC & went down to reception to got used one bottle of soap (which i passed 30 minutes calling them) -the room become so small if you open the sofa-bed (almost zero space) -the room was not much clean. Carpark entry door not working but no indication and no help but still charging a normal price. Hotel staff are terrible specially for the breakfast, ran out of eggs and just let it be even we asked for it, they reply with very bad manner and refuse to boil more eggs. Very disappointed and should not rate 4 star.
