I have stayed in Morzine before but this time did my home work and at the end was pleased that it paid off the hotel location for all the ski lifts is very well positioned.another nice touch but simple was that on returning in the after noon if there were any Danish pastries left from breakfast they were available on the reception desk, simple but a kind thought. Another good touch was that the kitchen was available for guests we used it 3 times, 1 for it was relaxing 2 it helps to balance the .

Generous buffet breakfast. Sauna. The hotel was very close to mtb/ski lifts and town centre. Helpfull staff , spotlessly clean , great breakfast , secure dry and warm bike storage etc etc All good and going back next year for mtb break. Very friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, basic but good and plentiful buffet breakfast, excellent location (5 mins walk to each of the two main ski lifts). great location for slopes and town very helpful owner good simple breakfast nice rooms with new bathrooms Quiet and relaxing in the evening. Great location, easy to find, staff very good and pleasant. Breakfast is great value in the package (price). Refurbished rooms Good bathroom Excellent staff Good wifi Central location Plenty of parking. This is our third visit to the hotel and each time it has improved its services and decor. Location was excellent, staff couldn't be more helpful, great value for money. Close to town centre, good sized room, good equipment storage for bikes. Very friendly and accommodating owners. Morzaine is dead at this time of year , but we were just passing through on a cycling trip so glad of the Hotel was available . This might seem petty but my only petty comment is that in the drying room where we keep the ski equipment, the drying rack is for all the guests and it seems that the first back from skiing get put there boots on the drying rack. Guests should not be allowed to put day/walking shoes on to try and reserve pace. Not a great shower-(you are slightly forced into having a bath which is not all bad with aching muscles) Would have preferred private kitchenette. Room temperature seemed to be pre-set would have been nice to have our own thermostat in room. Would be nice if it had a bar. can be some noise from road (especially if clearing snow overnight). No fresh fruit at breakfast - apart from apples/oranges. Small towels. Nothing in particular.
