  Everything was brand new. Apartment was well equipped. On site parking was reasonably priced. The refurbishments are not quite finished yet, but this did not affect us.   Very helpful and accommodating staff. Very well positioned with the Sabine tram line nearby. Small apartment, but all the comfort required. Beds very comfortable. Very impressed. - the structure is very nice and new and comfortable and vey well organized.
