  I chose this hotel due to its location close to Montpellier II University and a good value for money. The staff was friendly, the room was quiet and cleaned every day. There are plenty of takeaways nearby and a tram stop if you want to reach the city centre. - Convenient to the tram line for the centre of the city. Quiet part of the suburbs.

  Everything was brand new. Apartment was well equipped. On site parking was reasonably priced. The refurbishments are not quite finished yet, but this did not affect us.
