She checked my sister and I in; accompanied us to our room; showed us where the spa and breakfast room were; and told us which elevators took us to the gym and spa.   The view of the Old Port was spectacular, huge tub in bathroom, wonderful beds, big room, brand new bathroom, air conditioning was perfect, staff was professional and friendly, It has the best view of the whole port of any hotel. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights. They even got the room ready by 10 am on our first morning.
