  The rooms were very clean. The bathroom fixtures had been recently replaced. The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day.   The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. Have stayed there 3 times and would not stay anywhere else in this town. - The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming. The hotel rooms were big, clean and just-recently renovated. Breakfast and dinner were good reasonably priced. Dog-friendly. Free parking in the areas around the hotel. For the price we paid, an excellent value-for-your-money.

The bathroom and bath towels were also spotlessly clean. We arrived at 1 a.m. due to train delay and hotel staff Crystal was kind enough to come and check us in. The hotel is close the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuaries. There is a bus stop nearby.

  The people were friendly and helpful. They tried to assist us even though there was a language problem. The walk to the site was an easy walk. The price of the accomadations was extremely reasonable. We stayed in Paris and the bathroom was 1/3 the size. It was nice to have a large shower rather then the small closet we showered in Paris. Staff were courteous and helpful and appeared to have a genuine interest in making stay as le as possible. The hotel is well situated for access to the Domaine and the town. C'est tres calme, tres jolie.We are regular visitors to Lourdes and will almost certainly return to Residence du Soliel.

  its value for money and its location a few minutes walk from the sanctuary, the shops and a variety of restaurants. the owner is very helpful and allowed us to use his dining room whenever we needed it. we were also able to use the laptop as he has a wifi. - The reception at Jean's place was very warm.
