  The location was good, the area was charming and I particularly liked the street with its authentic fish seller, bars, good quality restaurants, supermarket and proximity to transport. The ambience of the hotel was very relaxed and liked the sound of the waterfall in the courtyard. The bar was a nice place to relax in and have breakfast.   Very good location, easy access to all Paris through nearby Metro hub. Good selections of restaurants and creperies nearby, also shopping and supermarket. I sent an email to the hotel a few days before arrival and asked if were is a possibility to get a room with a view to the street, they replied very quickly and told me that if such a room will be available on the date of our arrival, they will save it for us. I was ready for a really small room but it was actually completely alright, each of us had a suitcase a - When I arrived, I was not sure whether I needed an additional night. he staff immediately were able to provide this for me (lucky). The room they had assigned to me for the initially booked stay had had a smoker in it - I was moved to a very nice room immediately, no question. Breakfast was fine for me. Bed was comfortable. Table/desk in the room allowed me to work comfortably when necessary. Location was excellent. I was entirely pleased and shall book there the next time I return to Paris
