The Hotel Monna Lisa Champs Elysees is in an excellent location for exploring, we were very well looked after and nothing seemed like too much trouble for the staff who were always cheerful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

非常棒的职员! - Following a plumbing problem in our room the staff could not possibly have done more including upgrading us to a suite. Curtesy was a byword for staff performance. They were excellent. - Everything from staff to service. We had an excellent time and the staff were wonderful and helped us have a perfect anniversary break.

Enjoyed every moment! Perfect location next to a tube stop. Staff are extremely helpfull (tried to arrange different flights for us while we were sight seeing as our original flights got cancelled, and kept us updated throughout the day!) and made every effort to make you feel welcome.
