  The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We ended up getting one of the newly renovated rooms which was gorgeous. It was also the only room with a balcony overlooking Place Massena! I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  Beautiful building 15 minutes from the promenade and 10 minutes from the station, very helpful staff who could not speak English which helped improve my French no end. A really charming hotel - Good hotel location.

Hotel does not take checks, but cash works just fine :) Very clean, towels changed every day, bed was made also very day (lest admit, it does not happen every time at hotels). You have to pay on arrival. Breakfast available, but for 6 euros per person.
