The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us.

The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The hotel is clean, stylish, and could not be in a better location. My room was Clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything I needed. VERY short walk to the Metro, restaurants, shopping, and Notre Dame & Centre Pompidou. A modern clean hotel very close to the station with interesting sights
and walk nearby especially the canal. Montparnasse is a 20 minutee
stroll away. The tour bus stops almost outside and of course the metro
is across the road. We had room 604 which us at the rear with a balcony
