First time in Paris a hotel room is that big! Really luxurious feeling and comfortable. Also wifi worked properly, fats and reliable. Not used to this.

Nice staff. Clean room, comfortable, everything functional in bathroom and room. Comfy bed.

the location is really good , quiet but so near a metro station ,breakfast was excellent and plentiful and the staff very helpful ,we were able to leave our luggage for the day until our flight home in the evening.

The first hotel in Europe that had true air conditioned rooms. thank you for that - Quiet room that accommodated all four of us on one room (reason we chose the hotel), renovated bathroom with nice tub, fantastic assistance from the front desk staff, who informed us of strikes/slow downs at the airport and arranged alternate transportation for us.

Every member of staff was friendly and helpful in providing information about the surrounding neighborhood and shops. They were more than happy to take care of our luggage for early check-in while our room was being made up. Room was small but very comfortable. The location is perfect. If you are young, you can walk everywhere. As a back up, two metro stations, Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg-Saint Denis are only steps away.
