  Most budget and mid-range hotels in Paris have tiny rooms, and these rooms were small, but the hotel was very clean, new, so nicely decorated, had great staff, had a nice cold brekfast (with cheese, ham and yogurt - not just bread products) - it's really a gem of a place. The hotel is very close to both train stations which - A modern clean hotel very close to the station with interesting sights and walk nearby especially the canal. Montparnasse is a 20 minutee stroll away. The tour bus stops almost outside and of course the metro is across the road. We had room 604 which us at the rear with a balcony and we would recommend this room notwithstanding the fact that is one of the more expensive rooms
