  The staff were so helpful! Whatever we needed or wherever we needed to go, they directed us to the right place. Very close to the underground train and buses. Grocery stores, ATM's near by.   Everything. Staff was so kind and helped us in many ways ( especially with the luggage lost by the airline). They will remember me for the rest of their life. The location was near the Metro and close to many shops and stores where we were able to pick up a warm baguette of bread right outside the train station, walk down the street and pick up some wine and meat and cheese and have a nice dinner in our room.   In a wonderfully vibrant area of the city, the hotel was everything I expected.   Staff very friendly - The room and ensuite were newly refurbished in an interesting arty style and bright colours, which I liked. The room seemed so new, as if I was the first person to stay in it! Hopefully it will age well. The hotel is in a sidestreet, so not too much traffic noise, but very convenient for Gare du Nord.

  This hotel is really underrated on letsbookhotel.com - it is fabulous. We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment.
