This fact made me feel really safe to came back to the hotel at night. The team was kindly since the reception until helping with useful informations as I needed. We were only travelling for a weekend so had small, light bags and this hotel suited us well... if travelling with larger bags I would consider other options as the elevator is very small and is not accessible from the ground floor.
