  It is a brand new property. A chic hotel in a central part of the city. Easy metro access and lots of eateries near by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While they offer a variety of room sizes (ours was medium) it was an interesting layout and nicely appointed.   Brighton has a very competitive room rate for a 4-star hotel in such location (2-minutes walk to Rivoli/Louvre, St Honore, Place de Vendôme) and it has done a good job at the lobby design and maintaining its tidiness.
