  I expected less based on reviews (with all due respect to previous reviewers), but surprisingly staff was very service, polite and helpful, also room & bathroom were restored, neat and very clean.   The room was so lovely: warm and comfortable. The space was used very well and the room had a nice luxury to it. It can be hit and miss in a big city but this was just perfect for returning back to after a long day of business.   Clean rooms (everything was already renovated), good breakfast, rooms are medium size(like in Paris!), good location ( it is very close to bus station which goes to city center, to the Metro station and Tram station), good small restaurants nearby for dinner.   It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. It was also nice to have the breakfast buffet option. Locations was good.   Such a pleasant staff and the room was so charming and comfortable. Because the hotel is located on a small side street, it was wonderfully quiet. We never heard traffic noise from our room, even though we had a window to the street and were on the 3rd floor. - The staff were extremely helpful rooms were beautiful.
