The front desk in general guided us about train stations, restaurants and everything else that we needed. The location is spot on with the metro station right next door. We had a change of plan and extended the trip by two more days but they were sold out. Still they called up other hotels in vicinity and got us reservation.   Stayed in an executive room -very spacious. Bed extremely comfortable and quality of linen superb. The aircon and/or heating was efficient and the temperature kicked in quickly. On a side street it was convenient to the metro (Grand Boulevard) though we walked everywhere and felt very safe in a lively and fun neighborhood. Our room was chic and spotless.   Originally I booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival both the rooms were upgraded. Since my friends had to stay a few more nights in one the rooms, they were let to use the upgraded room during their whole stay. Huge respect to the staff helping my friend during their stay.
