  Friendly reception staff, room was very clean, a good size with plenty of space for luggage clothing etc. Bathroom was also immaculately clean. - It's good location close to train station and not far from beaches. The staff speaks English, we didn't ever need to use French over there. Good stay.

  Nice Art Hotel is a very nice hostel for backpackers or people who have limited budget, and is located right in the center of Nice (very close to the train station). I stayed there for 3 nights, and enjoyed it because the bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean. It was safe to leave my stuff in the room and not to worry about it. The WCs and the showers are relatively clean. The breakfast is good.   We were travelling with our child and the hotel offered us an extra bed for him for free. We really appreciated this. It is clean, easy to find and in a great location.
