  Staff were very attentive, enthusiastic and helpful - and there was always at least a few present, so speaking to someone was always fast and easy. The guest computer and printer in the reception lobby was a nice bonus too (as I urgently needed to print documents for the semi de Paris.   Location is decent, it's next to the Bercy village(if I remember the name right), a shopping and restaurant center, Metro is there also.
