Also the fact it was so close to RER and Metro stations, this was very helpful both coming from and going to the CDG Airport. The room was kept very clean and I had a wonderful view of St. Eustace from my balcony window.

  The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day.   The location of the hotel was superb and very easy for those travelling by train from Charles De Gaulle airport as we got to St. Michel and just across the road was Rue De La Huchence and our hotel. Contrary to expectations it was very quiet at night and the restaurant was an added bonus in the evening. The area around the hotel was car free with lots of interesting little shops and the nearness to Notr - The area this hotel is in excellent, and close to the metro (1 minute away). The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, the furnishings were older but the beds were in good condition and clean. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower. The water pressure was good. The free use of computer in the lobby
