  I expected less based on reviews (with all due respect to previous reviewers), but surprisingly staff was very service, polite and helpful, also room & bathroom were restored, neat and very clean. After the fail to repair it the staff upgrad - We stayed here for one night before flying home from cdg. This hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Gare de l'Est, which is very convenient if you are arriving or departing there. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and moved our room to a higher floor when we asked.   Everything! The apartment was clean, and was stocked very well with cups, dishes, and other necessities. The bed and other furniture were very comfortable. Also, Vincent the owner was very helpful, and even gave us excellent suggestions for our stay in Paris.
