The staff, helpful, polite and extremely welcoming. Calm, quiet and relaxing feel of the hotel. My husband and I loved the design and our room was fabulous. Very comfortable bed and arm chairs. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. We've stayed in various hotels in Paris.   My 17 days stay in Residence Nell was perfect. I booked a classical apartment, and it's a real apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
