  The hotel is great because it is friendly and clean and our room had a great view of the roof tops. La Marais is a very interesting and atmospheric location. It is easy to access the Seine and other places of interest. We especially enjoyed the Jewish quarter and the falafels.   Staff very friendly - The room and ensuite were newly refurbished in an interesting arty style and bright colours, which I liked. The room seemed so new, as if I was the first person to stay in it! Hopefully it will age well. The hotel is in a sidestreet, so not too much traffic noise, but very convenient for Gare du Nord.
