They're all willing to help you in whichever doubt you have about the city. The room, even though is not fancy, is enough for what it is used: to sleep. I don't have any complains. The zone is surrounded by supermarkets and cheap restaurants, close to a metro line - The friendly young staff that seem always ready to listen to clients. The cleanliness, the area in which hotel was located, a very calm area in heart of city, so close to a main metro station. I honestly enjoyed my short time stay.
