The staff is really helpful and correct, they all try to do their best for you and your family (call for the transfer, e.g.). The hotel is in the center of Paris: ten blocks away from Ile de la cité, Notre Dame, the Louvre; very close to Rue St Denis, Rue Montorgueil and Rue St Martin (which are very lively at night and not dangerous at all), close to museums and churches, and accessible to any train station or metro station.   Enjoyed every moment! Perfect location next to a tube stop. Staff are extremely helpfull (tried to arrange different flights for us while we were sight seeing as our original flights got cancelled, and kept us updated throughout the day!) and made every effort to make you feel welcome.
