  The staff was extremely helpful at all times - they even arranged a last minute ride to the airport for us due to a transit strike - The staff was very friendly and helpful.   C'est magnifique! My husband and I had a fabulous time on our first trip to Paris and I have to say, your staff was greatly responsible! The front desk staff, particularly Julian and Brendan (?he worked nights), were so incredibly friendly and so very helpful in directing us to restaurant areas, monuments, etc., that we almost didn't need any map... 别人怎么说 » s. - The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and warm. The food was standard French breakfast fare, and the rooms were neat and clean. I don't think I would have enjoyed our experience in France anymore, even in a high end hotel. It felt like staying with family ( in all the good ways).

The attention to detail in the decor is truly outstanding, (down to co-ordinated electrical outlets inside the wardrobes).   It is a very nice hotel. They renewed it this year (it was Ideal hotel previously). I liked new furniture and bathroom. The bed was big enough and very comfortable. Breakfast is a little bit expensive 12eur, but very good (not only croissants:) ). The neighborhood it's located in has a lot of charm and you can tell the area attracts more locals than tourists. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful.
