  Excellent food and friendly owner. This hotel is a restaurant with rooms upstairs. It is a pizzeria but has a large menu with a wide choice of food apart from pizzas. We had dinner on 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our meals on both occasions. It is very popular with the locals and so can be busy. Would recommend thi - The welcome was friendly and good-humoured.I really liked the staff.We ate at the pizzeria and it was an excellent pizza, well cooked and freshly prepared.The room was basic and comfortable.Outside noise was limited to some lorry noise on the road (we opened a window) from about 0530, but it's a business area, so this must be expected. We used it as a stopover for Calais and would certainly do so again. A good 2-star.
