  I loved the mood of the area, specially at night. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equiped. I really loved everything and I had a very nice stay. Also, it really helps to have heated towels on cold days. It's only a 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest metro, which isn't that far at all. Though most part of the walk is on a slope. Needless to say, the price was incredibly reasonable.

Ideally situated for us between gare du Lyon and gare du Bercy as we had to put classic car on Autotrain at gare du Bercy and then have overnight stop in hotel before getting tgv next morning from gare du Lyon to follow it to Nice. My wife travels in a wheelchair and the hotel was perfectly accessible - even though not designed or advertised as such.
