  This is a lovely Chambre d'Hotes, in a beautifully restored old building around courtyards, decorated in French country style, and very chic. It is very close to the town centre and picturesque harbour, but is quiet and peaceful inside. The staff are friendly, very helpful, and available all day. The bedrooms were comfortable, warm, very pretty, with en suite - It was a wonderful and charming little hotel converted from an old girls school. The young couple there in the day spoke good English and were very helpful, and the woman around in the morning was very charming and helpful despite not speaking English. Breakfast was in the courtyard on a sunny morning. The room was charming and had wooden beams. A real fantastic place where we spent one night, centrally located next to the marina and an abundance of restaurants.

  Great location just 3 or 4 mins from bars and cafes etc. Lovely quirky appt. Loved the French furniture. Managed to get free parking nearby. Greeted by a lovely friendly lady. - Very central to harbour, restaurants and shops. Comfortable apartment, quite well equipped. Friendly owner. Bizarre furnishings but part of its charm!

Honfleur is a wonderful place - really romantic and the apartment house was located in a wonderful narrow street of half-timber houses, shops and cafes.   We absolutelly loved the place. As some of the prefvious reviewers said, the rooms are actually more impressive then in photos. Many romantic details, the bed is very comfortable, bath supplies by l'occitane, bathtub, tasty breakfast with freshly squeezed juise, beautiful location, and I could go on and on. The property is well taken care and the breakfast are excellent. The rooms were luxurious and extremely comfortable. Each day Eloise gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay there again on another trip to Honfleur / surrounding area.

  What a fantastic gem tucked away but within walking distance of the town. Fabulously furnished by the owner who couldnt do enough to make our stay special. Fresh flowers and a bottle of wine to welcolme us. we were sad to leave and anxious to return.
