Very nice place to stay.

Convenient location for Geneva at an affordable price. Adequate parking. Due to flight delays we arrived after the reception closed and they kindly left room unlocked and access instructions on the main door.

Cleaniness and size of the rooms.
The breakfast was good for french standards. Kitchenette in the rooms.

The location of the hotel was good, enough parking places, the room was sufficient, the kitchen acceptable and the bathroom was good.
the only good thing in this hotel is site , rest are very bad.

The reception staff were, as seems to be the case almost everywhere in France these days in my experience, quite abrupt and not particularly warm to the guests. As a paying guest I would expect more courtesy.
very difficult to find and very badly signed access at night !!.
Basic furniture. Very small bed room. Severe hot water problem! Once someone takes a hot bath - no hot water for 3-4 hrs. Place is cleaned, sheets and towels replaced once a week.
The check in was poor. The person at the reception was not able to split the invoice in two and the invoice was issued to the wrong person. English language skill poor.
The interior reminds of a student hostel.
driving instructions from letsbookhotel.com are incorrect and caused a lot of inconvenience. Not enough sheets for 4 people as requested. Staff unwilling to provide, had to argue. Breakfast was poor.
the swimming pool is closed ALL winter! Reception guy not very helpful. Road NOT marked on TOM TOM - take map from internet with U!.
The beds ware poor especially because of the fact that they are separated on different levels. It was not suitable for a couple.
rooms are very narrow and not conditioned. toiletes are squizzed even you can't turn arround. staffs are not help. very low class hotel.
