Very centrally located opposite main train station and tourist info office to book day tours etc. Tramway goes past door. Excellent heating and cooling according to season. Housekeeping is very thorough and all is sparkling clean. Electric jug to make coffee and tea in room.Pool also very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Speak excellent English. Lift to all floors. Very quiet despite traffic outside.
所有评语 » The hotel is walking distance from the Dijon Ville train station, and close to the attractive areas of Dijon. The indoor heated pool was the reason we picked this hotel over other nearby hotels. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. I highly recommend. Rooms are modern, there is a teapot in the room with free coffee and tea. Our room had a bath. First 3 star hotel with sauna and swimming pool, I ever stayed in. Receptionist Henri was very friendly and helpful. The one guy on reception seems to run the show dealing with the bar and reception and he was polite and friendly very good at his job. Friendly staff, close to the station, close to the centre of the old town and to restaurants. Good breakfast. Internet access. Good location and surprisingly quiet. Good parking. It was an excellent base for a couple of days in Dijon. Only problem was finding that there were two branches so close to-gether and which one was ours ! Swimming pool looks great but was only available as of 11am, time we had left already. breakfast ordinary and not value for money in fact expensive. The spa was not operational when we visited. We were only given one sachet of full strength coffee. Gym had minimal equipment and was not very pleasant. Room could have been a little bigger. The Fitness centre/room was lacking equipment..and the pool temperature was too hot :) but that was all ok as we got to run in the streets of Dijon instead. Room was quite small, you could hardly go out of the bed and walk alongside it. Very limited space in room. Very small room and price seemed a bit high for what you get. The concierge was is initially quite rude and dismissive but lightened up after a while. The rooms smelt musty and the gym was not available at convenient times. Room was small for the price we paid. I felt we paid for the swimming pool. :]. Booked a double room with extra bed for child. Upon arrival was told they only did double rooms and that the comments on the booking form are not passed on to them. Eventually managed to squeeze an extra bed into a double room having threatened to change hotels. Not great after a 12 hr drive. Room was very small, and difficult to move around in. Unhelpful staff when requiring storage for expensive bike-Difficult to get to and park because of location by station-Room was on 4th floor in roof and lots of low ceilings. Close to the railway meant it was noisy. The rooms were very small. The decor and furnishings were tired looking. The desk was too cramped for working at. Personnel not really friendly or helpful. Room too small.
