Zora, the Manager, was incredible and went above and beyond her duty. The trip would not nearly have been as great without her.
The accommodation was also very affordable given how expensive the area is, and had everything one would require for a ski trip (heat, good shower, breakfast included) -

Wonderful boutique hotel close to the ski lifts. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Room very adequate and clean with a pleasant balcony with mountain view. All food, especially dinner, was gourmet standard.All facilities were up to standard. This is an excellent ski/mountain walking hotel and very highly recommended. -

The hotel is just next to the slopes and for the price it was excellent value! Good parking possibilities also (28 euro for two nights in an indoor parking below the hotel) - Hotel was fine and well located
